Suite à un afflux de commandes, nos délais sont rallongés de quelques jours, veuillez nous en excuser.

Important note: In case of additional machining on your profiles, please allow an extra lead time of 1 to 3 business days.

List of standard machining (available as an option on certain profile references):

These machining operations are applied to the left or right side of the profile.

We carry out these operations on a 5-axis numerically controlled machining bench, thus guaranteeing excellent machining precision.

D through hole

(from the front side or the top side)

Position a through hole of diameter D on the left or right side of the profile.

Drilling position from the end:

10 mm for 20x20 profiles

15 mm for 30x30 profiles

20 mm for 40x40 profiles

22.5 mm for 45x45 profiles

Drilling can be done from the front face or the top face

Upper face :

Tightening key passage for assembly by central screw or self-tapping screws

Fastening by quick-release joint

Lamage Dx/Dy

(à partir de la face avant ou la face haute)

Positions a countersunk hole with diameter Dx/Dy on the left or right side of the profile.

Drilling position from the end:

10 mm for 20x20 profiles

15 mm for 30x30 profiles

22.5 mm for 45x45 profiles

The countersink hole can be made from the front face or the top face

Front face :

Upper face :

Allows the assembly of two profiles using M diameter screws.

The screw head is embedded in the countersink.

The second profile must be tapped.
