SystéStop Classic - Manual stop for saw

SystéStop Classic is a direct reading stop system designed for miter saws and radial arm saws used in production or workshop environments.

The system includes:

A 45x90 extruded aluminum guide profile, ensuring rigidity and dimensional stability,

A tilting stop with integrated micrometric adjustment, allowing precise positioning of the workpiece,

A double mechanical locking system, ensuring repeatable cuts.

Easy to adapt to existing tables and machines, with accessories adapted to the 45x90 profile with a 10 mm groove (nuts, brackets, etc.).

The stop is mounted on a HIWIN industrial guide rail, ensuring excellent rigidity, precision, and repeatability.

Specifications:

45x90 mm aluminum profile with a 10 mm slot

Direct reading on a graduated scale

Reading accuracy: +/- 0.5 mm

Product delivered pre-assembled. The graduated scale must be installed by you after setting the origin (this depends on your installation).

The mounting direction can be changed later.

Supplied with M8 nuts to be inserted into the profile groove for mounting on your existing equipment. Screws not included (select the screw length according to your equipment).

One-year warranty.

Limitation of use: The SystéStop is not designed for use in immersion or in direct contact with continuously circulating cutting fluids.
