MPG Manual Pulse Generator with Handwheel

This MPG features a screen and 10 buttons. The coordinates and some other parameters are displayed on the screen. The user can change the axis and rate using the buttons. There are also a few other functions on the buttons, such as ZERO/GOTO0/HOME. The encoder of the NVMPG is the same as that of a general MPG. However, the choice of axis and rate uses a USART port instead of a general port.

Configuration and Usage:

- Button 1 (START): After loading the G-code, press this button to run the G-code.
- Button 2 (AXIS↑):
- Button 3 (AXIS↓): The AXIS↑ and AXIS↓ buttons are used to change the active axis. Each axis has a block above its label. The active axis' block is yellow, and the inactive axis' block is black. You can notice the color of the block when you change the active axis.
- Button 4 (SPINDLE): Turns the spindle on or off.
- Button 5 (X1/X10/X100): Changes the rate of the MPG. The rate of the MPG is displayed on the screen.
- Button 6 (HOME): Press this button to make the machine find its zero point. If you set an active axis, e.g., X, then press this button to find the X-axis' zero point. Or if you set no active axis, then press this button to find all axes' zero points.
- Button 7 (GOTOZ): Press this button to make the machine go to the workpiece zero point. The method is similar to button 6.
- Button 8 (ZERO): Press this button to set the current coordinates to 0. The method is similar to button 6.
- Button 9 (1/2): Press this button to halve the current coordinates. The method is similar to button 6.
- Button 10 (RESET): This button is the RESET function.

Usage Precautions:

- Use a proper voltage power supply and motor.
- Pay attention to the power supply connection. Do not reverse the power supply connection.
