This graduated stop can be added to a miter saw, drill press or other stationary machine.
For this achievement, we use:
a sliding plate with clamping lever
a fixed profile on which a graduated adhesive tape will be stuck
a movable profile connected to the sliding plate. This profile will serve as a stop and can easily be changed or modified as needed.
First, assemble the plate with its pad, its lever and its screws
Then, assemble the plate to the stop profile (here a 40x40 profile)
Then stick the graduated adhesive tape to the fixed profile (here a 40x80 profile)
You can finally slide the sliding plate into the upper slot. The stopper is now functional.
