Bending process:

We bend our profiles on a digital hydraulic roller bending machine. This process can leave traces and small cracks.

The bending accuracy is +/-50mm on the internal radius.

Bending distorts the geometry of the grooves, especially when the radius is small. For this reason, compatibility with our accessories cannot be guaranteed.
