By default, Firefox authorises the use of JavaScript and does not require any extra installation.

 


How to activate or deactivate JavaScript in Google Chrome

Click on the Chrome menu icon located in the upper right corner of the browser window.
Click on Settings.
At the bottom of the page, click on Show advanced settings.
In the Privacy section, click on Content Settings.

Now, in the JavaScript section, you have 3 options:

Allow all sites to run JavaScript (recommended).
Do not allow any site to run JavaScript.

By clicking on the manage exceptions... button, you can choose which websites can run JavaScript.

 


How to activate or deactivate JavaScript in Internet Explorer

1. In the Tools menu, click on Internet Options, then on the Security tab.
2.Click on the Internet area.

If you need to personalise your internet safety options, do the following:
a. Click on the button Custom level (in light blue in the image below)

b. In the dialog box Security settings – Internet zone, in the Scripts section, click on Activate in the Active scripting section

Click on OK
